In my recent digital operations work, I maintained and organized digital file systems to keep data consistent across platforms. I used AI-powered tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and Perplexity to streamline content production, and I ran quality checks to ensure deliverables met technical requirements.

I also strengthened day-to-day system performance through IT internship experience at Tooth Solutions Dental Health Station, where I digitized and organized patient records. I migrated paper-based data into a structured digital system, performed system reformatting and basic optimization, and resolved basic hardware and software issues.
