What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead controlled, predictable software delivery by coordinating cross-functional teams, CI/CD, release readiness, risk management, and Production deployments.

I'm currently coordinating complex software releases at Essentials LLC, an Archwell Capital company, across applications, teams, environments, and delivery timelines.

Previously at Freedom Mortgage, I owned and enhanced Platform Release Management from post-concept planning through Production implementation. I managed releases for three Scrum and two Waterfall teams, coordinated CI/CD release progression, and led readiness reviews, milestone reviews, and Scrum of Scrums.

At Bluegreen Vacations, I planned Production deployments, secured QA/UAT signoff, built rollback strategies, and connected business, Development, and QA teams around delivery plans. Earlier at FAME Inc., I translated business needs into software solutions, supervised seven offshore QA automation team members, and used SQL to troubleshoot backend defects.

Across 20+ years in technology delivery, I've worked from requirements and development through testing, UAT, deployment, and Production implementation. I bring hands-on experience with ServiceNow, GitHub, Jenkins, Digital.ai, Jira, SQL, and enterprise release governance.
