What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can support scheduling and compliance, maintain accurate records, and step in as Officer-in-Charge when needed—while continuing to grow my finance, accounting, and operations skills.

I support crewing officers and managers by coordinating, scheduling, and maintaining records for vessel crew members, while ensuring crew documents, medical certificates, and trainings meet company standards. I communicate effectively with vessels, agencies, and internal departments so crew matters are handled without delays.

When needed, I act as Officer-in-Charge (OIC) to keep operations running smoothly—both in the crewing office and at the station. Previously, I processed and recorded daily sales transactions, prepared end-of-day sales reports, handled cash reconciliation, and monitored inventory levels while reporting discrepancies to management. Alongside this, I served as Financial Head at Farm Crop Deli (FCD), managing sales, finances, inventory, and basic accounting as part of business implementation.
