What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a collaborative team where I can provide engaging, accessible, solution-oriented support and use empathy, communication, and user-focused design to create meaningful digital or in-person experiences.

At Burlington Transit, I provide front-line rider support, manage customer concerns and incident documentation, and represent accessible transit services at public events.

I've also led end-to-end mobile product design at Owambe, creating inclusive AODA/WCAG-informed interfaces while coordinating developers, stakeholders, feedback, and milestones. Previously at The Body Form, I maintained websites and brand communications across Shopify, Webflow, and Squarespace, combining visual design with organized administrative support.
