I’m an M.Sc. Microbiology graduate with over 3 years of experience as a Senior Associate (L2) at Sutherland, supporting CVS Aetna in provider data management and credentialing operations. I focus on end-to-end credentialing and recredentialing while keeping accuracy and compliance at the center of every workflow.

I manage healthcare provider databases and execute end-to-end credentialing and recredentialing processes in compliance with NCQA standards and state-specific licensing requirements. I ensure provider compliance within insurance networks, resolve complex credentialing cases, and maintain regulatory accuracy with a strong attention to detail.

I’ve served as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for U.S. onshore teams, providing daily guidance on advanced NCQA standards and licensing regulations. I also provide floor support, mentor junior analysts, and support CAQH profile management to keep operations consistent and audit-ready.

I drive automation initiatives for provider data processes and help prepare batch templates to improve operational efficiency and data integrity. I’m committed to meeting TAT requirements while continuously strengthening processes for better outcomes across teams.
