At Kissflow, I built and maintained core platform microservices, migration services, and infrastructure for a B2B SaaS product across multiple product generations.
I owned migrations for more than 300 customer accounts with zero data loss, including a $450K ARR enterprise account with the largest data volume. I also productized the migration framework into a web application that enabled Customer Success to independently migrate 200 additional accounts.
I led a team of three backend engineers, defined the technical roadmap, ran code reviews, and unblocked dependencies across product teams. As engineering SPOC for the legacy platform, I handled bug fixes, customer escalations, production incidents, and critical infrastructure coordination with DevOps.
I build with Python, Django, Flask, MySQL, MongoDB, microservices, REST APIs, Docker, and Google Cloud Platform. I also introduced SonarQube into the build pipeline and owned platform-wide static code analysis to keep shipped code free of critical security vulnerabilities.
