I am a dedicated individual with a strong background in plumbing and customer service. My experience as a Cashier and Grocery Assistant at Market Basket has honed my skills in teamwork, communication, and leadership. I maintained a clean workspace while ensuring customer satisfaction through effective service. My role at Dunkin Donuts further developed my ability to handle cash transactions and prepare food and beverages, emphasizing my adaptability and work ethic.

In addition to my customer service roles, I pursued a Plumbing Certificate at Greater Lowell Technical High School, where I gained hands-on experience in various plumbing projects, including full bathrooms and kitchens. My education also included carpentry, allowing me to build various wooden structures. I am passionate about applying these skills in real-world scenarios and continuously learning in the field.

As an entrepreneur, I launched my own clothing brand, Self Aura Clothing LLC, in June 2022, promoting mental health awareness. This venture not only taught me graphic design and digital marketing but also allowed me to successfully sell out my initial product launch. I am eager to leverage my skills and experiences in a plumbing career while continuing to grow personally and professionally.
