At Squadra Media, I own end-to-end quality assurance for a Learning Management System serving approximately 25,000 active users across web and mobile platforms. I validate releases and production readiness while collaborating with product managers, developers, and stakeholders.

I design and execute functional, regression, smoke, sanity, exploratory, and user acceptance testing. I also validate backend APIs through Swagger, track defects in JIRA, and test AI Chat features across user scenarios, edge cases, response quality, and conversational workflows.

Previously at ProsperaSoft Solutions and Anveshak Technology & Knowledge Solutions, I tested web and mobile applications, supported release validation, performed API testing with Postman, and used SQL queries to verify application and database consistency.

I'm expanding my automation knowledge with Playwright and JavaScript, with additional exposure to Selenium WebDriver and Java. I've also trained and mentored QA interns on testing methodologies and best practices.
