At Hindustan Unilever, I investigated starch-clogging issues in automated toilet soap plant feeding lines using SCADA data and floor-level analysis. I proposed mechanical and control improvements that reduced manual intervention and downtime by approximately 18% and reduced material wastage by an estimated 12 kg per batch.
With Team Red Baron, I designed and integrated low-voltage systems for an all-electric off-road vehicle, including PCBs, battery-pack configuration, BMS setup, wiring harnesses, and a real-time DAQ system. I also contributed to the team securing AIR 2 at SAE e-BAJA 2024.
