I'm currently completing a Master's in Control Engineering while applying engineering thinking to remote coordination, customer support, and digital operations.

For an automatic subway braking system prototype, I designed and analyzed closed-loop control for speed measurement and position estimation using a PIC16F877A microcontroller, LM393 sensor, and L298N motor driver.

In family-business roles, I've coordinated industrial transportation across Algeria, Tunisia, and Libya, managing schedules, documentation, and communication with customers, drivers, and operational partners. I've also organized events and created promotional social media content from client inquiry through completion.

My experience as a sales assistant strengthened my ability to resolve customer inquiries, support inventory and daily operations, and handle multiple requests in an organized, welcoming environment.
