What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a dynamic role where I can apply my accounts payable, bookkeeping, and month-end closing skills, communicate confidently with suppliers and customers, and keep delivering financial accuracy with strong time management.

I’m a detail oriented professional with experience in the customer service, logistics and accounting business environment, and I work well independently as well as collaboratively in team settings. My dedication to learning and adapting to new challenges positions me well to excel in a dynamic work environment.

As an Accounts Payable Officer at Fort Young Hotel (May 2025–Present), I reconcile accounts payable sub-ledger to the general ledger, maintain and update supplier files, and ensure on-time invoice processing and payments. I review a high volume of supplier statements and strengthen supplier relationships by resolving discrepancies.

Previously, as a Finance officer / Account Manager at EcstacyMas (September 2023–February 2025), I ensured that all transactions were recorded and posted and that funds were effectively sourced and allocated. I also resolved customer disputes to drive high customer retention.

Earlier roles included Office Manager / Customer Service Agent at Raffoul & Company (1985) Ltd (February 2022–May 2025) and Administrative Assistant at Luxury Emporium (January 2020–June 2020). In these positions, I coordinated credit accounts and payment requests, scheduled merchandise deliveries, prepared monthly VAT and Social security payments, handled bookkeeping, supported customs classification for imported merchandise, and resolved customer disputes through email and queries.
