Celia Sternadore
@celiasternadore
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant delivering bilingual, family-centered home and community-based care for pediatric patients.
What I'm looking for
I’m a NBCOT Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) providing home and community based OT services to pediatric patients with diagnoses including ASD, ADHD/ADD, CP, Down Syndrome, sensory processing disorders, and behavioral disorders. I partner with patient families and interdisciplinary teams, and I establish home exercise programs—so caregivers have practical tools that support progress between sessions.
I bring a strong documentation and communication rhythm: detailed session notes and quarterly progress reports, plus frequent phone and email coordination with patients, vendors, insurance agencies, and outside providers to ensure complete, high-quality care. I’m highly independent in scheduling, time management, and problem solving, and I use evidence-based modalities and manual techniques (including NMES, PNF, cold laser, AAROM, and PROM) alongside software tools like WebPT to organize and rationalize daily treatment.
