What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a summer Activity Assistant position where I can bring energy, creativity, and companionship to residents, apply my clinical safety training to manage group activities securely, and transition into a weekend per diem role once school resumes.

I’m a newly licensed CNA and an active high school student who’s already supported senior community events through clinicals and activity assistance at Cherry Hill Manor Nursing and Rehab Center in Johnston, RI.

I’ve helped the Activity Director set up and lead group trivia games, arts and crafts, and social events, and I provided friendly companionship to encourage residents to get out of their rooms and join daily programs.

I also apply CNA mobility training to help transport wheelchairs and walk with residents safely to the activity room, and I’m looking for a summer Activity Assistant position while I work toward a weekend per diem role once school resumes.
