At Post Care Interventions, I provide nurse assistant care, helping residents with daily activities while supporting their comfort and dignity. I monitor vital signs, report changes to nursing staff, and assist with mobility and transfers.

In a long-term care setting, I spearheaded a Fall Reduction & Mobility Safety Initiative using proactive hourly rounding and standardized transfer techniques. I also have experience with post-operative care, wound observation, and infection control.
