I seek a role that fosters community engagement and promotes gender equality, offering opportunities for professional growth.

I am a passionate field officer with extensive experience in gender advocacy and community engagement. My work at Action for Children in Conflict involved training over 1000 community leaders to combat FGM/C and gender-based violence, demonstrating my commitment to grassroots advocacy. I have successfully organized training sessions for stakeholders, empowering them to address harmful practices effectively.

Additionally, my role as a Research Assistant at Abasha Media Research Consultants honed my research skills, where I managed data and conducted literature reviews. I actively contributed to projects focused on development communication and peacebuilding, enhancing my analytical capabilities. My educational background in Development Studies has equipped me with a solid foundation to drive impactful initiatives.
