I'm looking to lead full-cycle technical, product, and design recruitment in an international, fast-paced environment where I can partner with hiring leaders, improve hiring processes, and build strong talent pipelines.

I'm a Senior IT Recruiter at BrainRocket, managing full-cycle in-house hiring for product, technical, and design roles across international markets.

I've built recruitment strategies, sourced proactively, conducted HR interviews, negotiated offers, and partnered with hiring managers to deliver efficient hiring. I also create hiring guides and product documentation that improve recruiter onboarding and cross-team knowledge sharing.

Previously, I led a small recruitment team at RecruitCloud and supported clients including Caesars SportsBook, Intercontinental Exchange, TrueFort, CytekBio, and LRS.

Across more than seven years in recruitment, I've closed software, data, cloud, design, product, and business roles while building strong candidate relationships and maintaining reliable talent pipelines.
