What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a junior full-stack role where I can build scalable REST APIs and responsive React/TypeScript UIs with Django, ship real-world products in agile teams, and keep improving my craft with clean, maintainable code.

I’m a junior full-stack developer with hands-on experience in Python, JavaScript, React, Node.js, and relational databases like MySQL. I completed 800+ coding hours at Moringa School, focusing on scalable APIs, responsive UIs, and real-time data systems, with a strong emphasis on clean, maintainable code.

In my recent work on the Kenya Hospital Referral System, I spearheaded the end-to-end development lifecycle of a B2B2C healthcare referral platform. I defined and managed a custom automated commission engine (tracking and collecting a 4% fee), and directed automated verification workflows using SMS and email to validate patient bookings and consultations.

I also coordinated secure fintech integrations, delivering M-Pesa and card payment gateways to support reliable transactions between parties. On the technical side, I oversaw backend development in Django to ensure relational database integrity and scalable APIs for multi-user interactions.

Alongside backend work, I’ve built user-facing experiences like the Hospital Referral Landing Page using TypeScript, React, and Tailwind CSS, including type-safe API hooks for real-time availability and consultation slots. I bring a creative edge from training in graphic design and 3D visualization, helping me build intuitive UI/UX that fits professional, healthcare-focused environments.
