Catherine Njiba

I am a diploma-trained librarian with formal qualifications in Librarianship and Records Management and a Basic Technician Certificate in Records, Archives and Information Management. I combine academic training with practical exposure from court-based field attachments to support information organization and access.

I have participated in field placements at the High Court and Primary Court in Mbeya, gaining hands-on experience with records handling and archival processes. I am proficient with MS Word and bring solid English communication skills for speaking, reading, and writing.

I am eager to contribute to a library, archive, or records office where I can apply my training, grow professionally, and support efficient information services through accurate records management.
