What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a PMO/Project Management role where I can drive governance, portfolio oversight, risk/quality/change management, and clear reporting—partnering with stakeholders to deliver measurable performance and continuous improvement.

I’m an accomplished project manager with over seven years of experience driving successful project outcomes through PMO strategy, governance, and delivery oversight. I coordinate teams, manage budgets, and ensure project deliverables align with organizational goals.

Over the last 7 years, I’ve worked within a Project Management Office where I’ve built and implemented standardized processes and policies. I define success metrics, run project audits and reviews for compliance, and oversee performance reporting to ensure execution stays on expectation.

I’m trusted to manage risk and issues, facilitate change requests, and strengthen stakeholder communication across project teams and senior management. I also lead continuous improvement, portfolio prioritization, resource allocation planning, and training to embed PMO discipline and project management value.
