At Elevated Brands Group, I direct end-to-end accounts payable for Rugs Direct and Lightopia, supporting $65M+ in annual spend across two entities. I manage high-volume EDI purchase orders, non-PO invoices, vendor payments, AP close, reconciliations, and vendor master data.

I built and led the implementation of Charted AP automation integrated with NetSuite, reducing invoice processing time from five days to 3.5 days. I also strengthened controls through Excel reporting models, reduced invoice and reconciliation exceptions by 15%, and maintain full AP subledger-to-GL reconciliation.

Previously, I processed up to 1,300 invoices monthly at Welliver McGuire and reconciled more than 60 vendor accounts, helping reduce late payment fees by 10%. At the Schuyler County Treasurer's Office, I handled daily deposits exceeding $50K and maintained accurate records across $30M+ annual budget accounts.
