I negotiate commercial, vendor, employment, and non-disclosure agreements; build contracting templates and guidance; conduct investigations; and support board meetings and corporate governance.

Previously, I handled commercial contracting at ICON and IQVIA and represented public-sector clients through the North Carolina Department of Public Safety, North Carolina Department of Justice, and the United States Department of Justice. My background includes federal prosecution, civil litigation, legal training, statutory interpretation, policy development, and statewide law-enforcement instruction.
