What I'm looking for

I’m seeking remote, async-friendly ML/CV engineering roles where I can build end-to-end image classification and detection models (data → eval → deployment) while transparently documenting model limitations.

I’m a self-taught Machine Learning and Computer Vision Engineer with a statistics background, focused on hands-on work in image classification and object detection. I build end-to-end models—data collection, transfer learning, evaluation, and deployment—using TensorFlow/Keras, PyTorch, and YOLOv8, developed entirely on Google Colab.

I’m known for honest, well-documented reporting of model limitations, including confidence thresholding and out-of-distribution handling to avoid forcing bad predictions. I’ve shipped interactive ML demos (e.g., a fire & smoke detector and a phone-screen condition classifier) and I’m now seeking remote, async-friendly ML/CV engineering roles.
