What I'm looking for

I want a role that will enable me to apply my skills and training—combining teaching, research methods, and data analysis to support learners and produce clear, actionable findings.

I’m a qualified educator (UK Teaching licence/QTS awarded September 2015) with a strong track record teaching A’Level History & Sociology and supporting students through research-focused, real-world learning. I’ve taught the entire research process—from writing a research question, to strategies for collecting data, analyzing results, and presenting findings in a research report—while also conducting assessment and guiding students through qualitative/quantitative methods.

Alongside teaching, I bring long-standing analytics and demography experience, including creating population projections based largely on U.S. Bureau of Census data using SQL and Excel, and building regression models with SPSS & SAS. I translate complex analysis into clear, decision-ready outputs (charts in Excel and presentations in PowerPoint), and I’m equally comfortable in structured academic environments and supportive tutoring roles that help learners transition, build confidence, and improve performance through targeted instruction and feedback. I’m looking for a role that will enable me to apply my skills and training.
