I’m a sales associate working in the men’s fragrances department, where I keep the store clean, assist customers with locating items, answer questions, and push products to meet sales goals.

Before that, I worked as a cashier and handled cash, POS operations, and phone etiquette. I also served as a Client Specialist selling AT&T plans and services, using client communication management, negotiation, and cold calling to support customers.

I bring a hardworking, determined approach with strong communication and written communication skills, plus basic math, computer literacy, and tools like Microsoft Excel and Salesforce. I’m excited to bring my retail sales experience and customer service mindset to a team that values results and service.
