I’m a senior FP&A and business intelligence leader with 20+ years supporting Fortune 500 enterprises, growth-stage ventures, and operationally complex organizations through FP&A, forecasting, business intelligence, and executive reporting.

I lead enterprise intelligence engagements as a Principal Consultant & Enterprise Intelligence Advisor, designing data-driven financial models, KPI frameworks, and AI-assisted reporting workflows that improve operational visibility, accelerate decision-making, and strengthen performance. I build driver-based forecasting and scenario analysis models, integrate financial, operational, workforce, and sales data into executive-ready dashboards, and automate recurring reporting using Power Query and PowerPivot.

Previously, as Assistant Vice President for Workforce Management & FP&A, I delivered workforce planning, labor analytics tools, KPI reporting, and variance analysis dashboards across multi-site operations. I’m recognized for translating fragmented operational and financial data into actionable executive intelligence that creates clarity, scalability, and measurable business outcomes.
