At SailPoint, I shipped AI agents that answer access questions using RAG over identity data. I also built Python services on the Claude API to answer identity questions within customer workflows.
I led the move of 100+ services to EKS, with clusters defined as Infrastructure as Code. I kept cluster and service setup in Terraform so environments came up consistently.
As a Senior Software Engineer at SailPoint, I was part of the team that broke IdentityNow out of two monoliths into Java microservices, increasing deployment frequency from about five a month to about 60 a week by late 2020. I also helped move background processing from a Redis queue to Kafka, making small certification campaigns about 10 times faster.
Earlier at SailPoint, I ran regression testing for weekly monolith releases and split test suites to run in parallel on Jenkins. At CA Technologies, I worked on API gateway authentication and threat-protection policies and wrote integration tests for LISA service virtualization and release automation.
