At Grupo Anderson’s, I lead treasury and IT for a $400M+ multi-brand restaurant group operating more than 50 venues across Mexico and the United States. I manage cash flow, banking relationships, institutional financing, and the financial resources of all business units.
I’ve negotiated and managed more than USD $45M in financing, led post-COVID financial restructuring, and presented investment analyses and strategic recommendations to the Board and Finance Committee. I also led financial strategy for Celebration Key with Carnival Cruise Line, coordinating bidding, Bahamian regulatory requirements, payment integration, and project financing.
Across Grupo Anderson’s, Taco Holding, Sports World, Mexico Retail Properties, and YUM Restaurants International, I’ve built budgets, evaluated investments, supported expansion, and improved decision-making through financial models and competitive analysis. My work includes over 100 business cases, a MXN $1.5B asset sale, and restaurant portfolio planning across 576 units.
I bridge finance, operations, and technology through hands-on leadership. I’ve led U.S. expansion compliance, standardized pricing and POS databases, and implemented SAP Business ByDesign, R365, and Oracle ERP initiatives.
