At Aubrant Digital — DCU Account, I created and maintained test plans and cases for desktop and mobile products, aligning them with business and development requirements. I also incorporated local support workflows into test coverage and validated web and mobile push notifications.
At Isthmus Software, I led QA for Appboy (Braze) in-app messaging, push notifications and deep-link campaigns on Android and iOS. I also coordinated localization testing across two regions using real devices.
Earlier, I managed QA for a promotional website at Hewlett Packard, introduced testing approaches and process improvements, and led a 60-member QA team across morning and night shifts. At AvVenta Software, I tested a brand-awareness web application and designed localization test cases with clients.
