At Bridgestone Americas Business Services, I own solution architecture for the Intelligent Automation portfolio, from opportunity assessment and design through deployment and production support. I’ve architected 40+ production automations across finance, supply chain, and shared services.
I architected an intelligent invoice processing platform that takes invoices from intake through SAP posting, using Document Understanding and Action Center for extraction and human validation. It recovers 450+ hours of manual effort every month.
I also lead the automation development team and drive the Intelligent Automation Center of Excellence, including its coding standards, reusable components, and governance practices. Earlier, at EY, I assessed automation opportunities and designed and developed UiPath and Blue Prism solutions for enterprise clients.
