Carlos Linares

At Electronic Arts, I contribute to the quality of EA SPORTS FC live content and releases through functional and regression testing across multiple platforms. My work was recognized in the EA SPORTS FC 27 credits.

I investigate, document, validate, and follow up on issues, collaborating with international teams to support resolution. I also created onboarding resources and documented internal FC tools and workflows to help colleagues understand their roles and testing processes.

At BPM Consulting S.A.S., I helped build an internal application for process automation and virtual agents supporting chat- and voice-based interactions. I developed front-end modules with Angular, Ionic, and DevExtreme, and back-end services using Python (Flask) and SQL Server.

I implemented business logic, stored procedures, and CRUD operations for the application's core functionality. I worked in a Scrum environment, organizing tasks and tracking sprint progress with Microsoft Teams Planner.
