At IQVIA, I prepared regional study communications, coordinated with study sites, reviewed delegation logs, and handled regulatory agency fee payments. I also used Power BI to create and interpret charts.
As a Clinical Trials Associate I at ICON plc, I managed TMF documentation, created electronic and physical ISFs, and supported CRAs with site activation. I also completed document quality checks and processed site invoices.
