What I'm looking for

I'm looking to create user-focused digital experiences where I can combine UX design, research, web development, and content creation to improve how people engage with products and services.

I've designed digital experiences at s2e Technologies, including an employee intranet for onboarding and a client information dashboard that reduced repeat support inquiries by 60%.

I conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and studies, and turn findings into design standards, templates, and materials used across the company. My work also supported decision-making for the EVE Park London project.
