What I'm looking for

I’m looking for roles where I can run enterprise IT delivery and cybersecurity operations end-to-end—managing risk, improving workflows, and strengthening network security through hands-on engineering and incident-ready monitoring.

I lead enterprise IT project management for Coast Guard and Navy contracts at CHUGACH GOVERNMENT SOLUTION, keeping delivery on-time, within scope, and budget-compliant while managing risk and stakeholder communication. I diagnosed a protocol mismatch and hardware limitation that improved stability from 50% to 80%, with a goal of reaching 100%.

Before that, I engineered and supported complex networks as a Senior Network Engineer, building playbooks that cut troubleshooting from up to two weeks to within 24 hours for a team of 150. I integrated threat intelligence and security appliances, automated defense responses, and centralized security monitoring with NetIQ Sentinel SIEM for over 1,000 sensors.

Earlier in my career, I served as a Cyber Intel Analyst III supporting a Navy shoreside network contract—instituting cybersecurity policies, using ForeScout CounterACT to remediate vulnerabilities, and maintaining a record of zero major incidents. I also worked as a Data Recovery Engineer at KROLL ONTRACK, recovering critical data across Windows, macOS, and Linux after deletion errors or ransomware attacks.
