I've built and migrated automated testing frameworks for Synthesis Health Partners, Centene, Cart.com, and Ernst & Young. Most recently, I used Playwright, TypeScript, AI prompting, MCP, and AI agents to migrate Cypress testing and create agents for test-case generation and code review.

At Cart.com, I led the QA initiative to establish a startup QA practice, including policies, reporting, Cypress Dashboard and GitHub Actions proofs of concept. I led seven QA teams totaling 10 SDETs and helped introduce shared libraries, Jira-GitHub traceability, and Gherkin-based automation.

Across Centene and EY projects, I've handled test analysis, test design, manual and automated testing, defect cycles, production incidents, backlog planning, and accessibility testing. My automation work spans Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright, supported by CI/CD pipelines and Agile delivery practices.

I also bring production support and deployment experience across banking, insurance, and enterprise environments, including Azure, Linux, SQL, shell scripting, Jenkins, and ITIL-based operations. I enjoy growing in the AI field to solve client needs through AI agents and AI-driven solutions.
