What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a Clinical Documentation Integrity Specialist role where I can leverage my clinical chart review, analytical, diagnostic interpretation, and quality-focused documentation skills.

I review clinical charts, diagnostic imaging, medications, and treatment histories at Center for Vein Restoration to support physician-directed treatment planning and complete, compliant documentation. I also collaborate with physicians to clarify clinical findings and documentation supporting medical necessity.

I bring more than six years of clinical experience across outpatient and adult acute-care settings, including float pool, telemetry, ICU, emergency, stroke/neuro, and medical-surgical care at Bayhealth Medical Center and the University of Maryland Medical Center. I’ve served as a Charge Nurse and preceptor while maintaining accurate electronic records, interpreting diagnostic information, and coordinating care with interdisciplinary teams.
