I'm currently a Business Research Analyst at Selling Simplified, now IDG Foundry, where I research companies, markets and business information for data-driven commercial and marketing activities.

I gather, validate and maintain company and contact data through research platforms and online sources. I work independently across high-volume research tasks while maintaining data quality, consistency and accuracy.

Alongside this, I manage social media, client communications, bookings, artist schedules and travel arrangements for tattoo artists based in LA. I also update website content and databases, support marketing analysis, and maintain a consistent brand voice across digital platforms.

My background also includes administration, customer service, scheduling, invoicing, staff guidance, language teaching, translation and retail sales. I'm fluent in English and a native Spanish speaker, with a BA in English Language and Literature and an MA in Forensic Linguistics.
