At Calius Tibec, I manage e-commerce operations across Trendyol, Amazon Türkiye, Hepsiburada and the brand website. I expanded the portfolio from 25 initial SKUs to 50+.
I handle product launches, catalog structure, pricing and product content, alongside commission, VAT and margin analysis. I also coordinate suppliers, contract manufacturers and production follow-up.
At EKU Fren Kampana San. ve Tic. A.Ş., I led daily quality-team activities as Quality Lead and directed root-cause and corrective/preventive improvement activities. I also coordinated IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 audits and contributed to customer satisfaction results exceeding 95%.
Earlier, I managed customer complaint and 8D follow-up as a Quality Specialist, and led the quality technician team at Teknia Automotive Gebze. My work included tracking scrap and rework data with SAP and Excel and creating Mitutoyo CMM programs in mCosmos.
