What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a nursing role where I can lead clinical care, ensure patient safety and quality, and grow toward my Family Nurse Practitioner path—handling emergencies, coordinating interdisciplinary treatment, and improving protocols.

I’m a BSN-prepared clinical nursing leader with a Family Nurse Practitioner degree “in progress.” I’m known for handling “any medical emergency or situation” with strong intrapersonal skills, a dedicated work ethic, and the ability to perform “under pressure” while keeping care patient-centered.

In leadership roles, I “supervise clinical staff,” ensure adherence to “protocols, policies, and accreditation standards,” and drive quality through monitoring indicators and addressing variances in performance or budget. In hands-on nursing practice, I deliver complex bedside care, manage vascular access (PICC, midlines, implanted ports, central line dressing changes), and support oncology and behavioral health needs while maintaining accurate documentation in Epic/OncoEMR.
