At Soltec, I supported the legal department with drafting, reviewing, and negotiating client and supplier contracts, checking them against market standards and commercial conditions.
I also provided legal advice on contractual, corporate, and legal-financial matters, and advised on corporate planning and transactions. My work included supporting the Board of Directors’ Secretariat and managing matters involving notaries, registries, and the CNMV.
I studied Law and International Relations at Universidad Pontificia Comillas ICAI-ICADE and am pursuing the Master’s Degree for Access to the Legal Profession and Procura at UNIR-Universidad Internacional de La Rioja.
