I'm looking for an opportunity to apply analytics, reporting, requirements documentation, and process analysis to improve business operations and support informed decisions.

At OPB, I monitor community engagement across Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, flagging misinformation, bot activity, fake accounts, and policy-violating content through structured reporting.

In my WGU capstone, I evaluated five operational areas and built a KPI-aligned performance reporting framework. I also documented business rules, workflows, and system requirements across four functional domains to support stakeholder review and QA validation.
