I’m looking to lead Customer Success at an enterprise SaaS or LegalTech company where I can scale CS operations, drive AI adoption, and deliver measurable retention and expansion—building education programs and analytics that give the business early visibility into risk and opportunity.

I’m a Customer Success leader with 14+ years of client-facing experience, including 5+ years in AI-driven LegalTech and enterprise SaaS. I specialize in driving consistent revenue expansion, retention excellence, and operational scale across global markets—especially in complex, regulated environments.

As Head of Customer Success at Clearbrief (Seed), I lead a team of 4 CSMs managing 300+ clients, including AmLaw 20 and the American Arbitration Association. I’ve delivered 161% BigLaw NRR and supported $4.8M+ ARR, professionalizing the CS function through smarter account segmentation, a stage-gated pilot playbook, and cross-functional GTM alignment.

I built LegalOn Technologies’ U.S. and U.K. Customer Success function from the ground up as the first CS hire, leading a team of 6 across 200+ clients and supporting $4.5M+ ARR growth through Series D to E.
