Camille Alena

I lead films, exhibitions, installations, and commissioned productions as an independent creative production project manager in Switzerland and internationally.

For more than 15 years, I’ve translated creative and technical requirements into clear production workflows across luxury fashion, architecture, visual culture, film, and exhibitions. I manage end-to-end planning, budgets, schedules, approvals, documentation, risk tracking, logistics, postproduction, and on-site delivery while coordinating interdisciplinary teams and external partners.

At HEAD – Genève, I support Master’s students with concept development, feasibility, production strategy, presentation, and written documentation, helping turn ambitious ideas into workable steps.

My earlier work at Herzog & de Meuron, Proenza Schouler, and Balenciaga developed my practice in visual research, archive organisation, collection development, and high-standard international creative environments. I work fluently across French, English, and German, with a calm, structured, and solution-oriented approach.
