What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a nutrition role where I can assess and counsel patients and older adults, develop education sessions, and contribute to meal planning with a multidisciplinary team—guided by evidence-based practice, confidentiality, and continuous learning.

I’m a graduate in Nutrition and Dietetics, committed to intervening and improving people’s nutritional status through evidence-based strategies that support a high quality of life. I’m deeply motivated by research, leadership, and teamwork, and I’m always ready to innovate, push boundaries, and keep learning.

In my internships, I’ve supported both community and clinical settings—assessing older adults through collected nutritional and health data, delivering personalized nutritional counseling, and developing educational sessions on balanced nutrition, physical activity, and prevention of chronic non-communicable diseases. I’ve also conducted nutritional assessments in hospital, assisting with meal plans based on medical diagnoses, monitoring progress, running malnutrition screenings (NRS 2002, StrongKids, OLNUT), providing nutrition education at discharge, and supporting enteral nutritional guidance while collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
