Camila Burgueño

I'm a Systems Engineering student at ORT University in Uruguay, with over five years of experience working with international SaaS customers.

I currently work as a Technical Support Specialist at Zeta Global (Liveclicker), where I help clients with platform configurations, integrations, and technical issues. I also have 1:1 calls with clients to understand what they're trying to achieve, discuss different implementation options, and help them find solutions that fit their needs. I work closely with internal teams to coordinate requests and resolve more complex problems.

Before that, I worked as a Junior Frontend Developer, and through my university studies I've gained experience with software development, databases, APIs, and agile methodologies. I'm currently studying Artificial Intelligence and Technology-Based Product Development.

I'm particularly interested in Product Specialist, Product Owner, Implementation, and other technical product roles where I can combine my technical background with working directly with customers and contributing to product improvements. I'm looking for a fully remote opportunity where I can keep learning, take on more responsibility, and grow professionally.
