I’m an operations and systems professional with a background in ERP data management, cross-departmental coordination, and process automation. I’m comfortable operating independently to resolve ambiguous problems and bridge operational needs with system capabilities.

In my current role as a Business Operations Coordinator, I built operational reporting pipelines in Epicor Kinetic BAQ Studio to deliver real-time cross-departmental visibility into order status, inventory levels, and fulfillment activity. I also designed Excel-based automation tools that streamline EDI order processing through SPS Commerce, reducing manual entry and improving data accuracy.

I maintain data integrity across interconnected ERP modules—including inventory records, order tracking, and operational documentation—by resolving discrepancies and ensuring system-wide alignment. I coordinate with logistics, sales, and management to identify operational bottlenecks and translate system data into actionable process improvements.

Previously, I oversaw receiving and purchasing operations at 1 Hotel Seattle and managed end-to-end inventory and procurement at Suncadia Resort. With a technical foundation from an AAS in Computer Support, I bring a detail-focused, documentation-driven approach to procurement workflows, purchase order reconciliation, and end-to-end EDI processes.
