What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can own IFRS/IND-AS financial reporting and India–UAE tax compliance (VAT and corporate tax), support audits, and use strong MIS and month-end close ownership to drive accurate decision-making.

I’m a Chartered Accountant with hands-on experience managing day-to-day accounting—general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and month-end closing. I bring strong taxation, compliance, and financial reporting capabilities across India and UAE.

In my current role in Bangalore & UAE, I prepare and review financial statements in line with IFRS and tax requirements, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting. I handle UAE VAT compliance end-to-end, including VAT return preparation, reconciliation, and input/output tax analysis with coordination through FTA portals.

I also support UAE Corporate Tax implementation and compliance by maintaining tax records, analyzing taxable income, and preparing computations to support filings. Alongside this, I conduct technical research on UAE Corporate Tax law and VAT to ensure correct application of provisions and regulatory adherence.

Previously, I worked with PwC India (Tax and Regulatory Services) performing technical research on tax laws, including international tax and treaty interpretation, and advising on issues like permanent establishments, GAAR, POEM, and significant economic presence. Earlier roles in practice strengthened my delivery of income tax returns, TDS compliance, advance tax calculations, and documentation work such as Form 15CA/15CB, while guiding teams and supporting audits.
