At Rolls-Royce, I lead system, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing for new projects and BAU support. I also validate applied AI response prompts for business suitability and lead UAT readiness, business demos, defect retesting, sprint reporting, and release documentation.

I've delivered data-quality testing for Social Work England's Azure migration, coordinating cross-functional teams, defining data-completeness metrics, and testing structured and unstructured data. I also designed and executed load and stress testing with JMeter to help ensure systems remained stable under significant traffic.

Across Permanent TSB, NHS Trust, O2 Telefónica UK, RL360, Co-operative Insurance, Costco UK, and Parcel2Go, I've tested PSD2 payment APIs, BizTalk integrations, mobile applications, CRM platforms, data migrations, and policy systems. My work includes API validation with Postman and Rest Assured, SQL-based data verification, UAT, functional and non-functional testing, defect management, and regression testing.
