I’m a dedicated and results-oriented Information Technology professional, currently pursuing a Bachelor of Information Technology at Mount Kenya University. I focus on building and maintaining web applications, with hands-on experience across frontend engineering, software development, and IT support.

In my recent role as a Frontend Engineer at Tracom Services Limited, I contributed to maintaining and enhancing existing web applications. I helped implement new features (including integration of MCP server functionality), and supported testing, debugging, and deployment while collaborating to improve application performance and user experience.

Earlier, as a Water Billing and Monitoring Attaché at Mathira Water and Sanitation Company, I supported operational work by preparing accurate reports for management and assisting with billing and monitoring activities. I also delivered excellent customer service, resolved complaints effectively, and maintained records while supporting administrative processes.

I bring practical, structured problem-solving to every task, backed by a mix of technical and communication skills. Through projects like the Pastry Palace Online Ordering System and my Deathnote themed website, I’ve strengthened my ability to design user authentication, cart/checkout flows, responsive interfaces, and database-backed features.
