What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a fast-paced writing or editing role where I can deliver clear, high-impact editorial feedback, support writers toward strong deadlines, and contribute to structured course or application materials with consistent quality.

I’m a graduate in English Professional Writing, with a 4.00/4.00 GPA and a Professional Writing Certificate. I bring a meticulous, reader-focused approach to editing, grounded in strong academic writing fundamentals and document-ready clarity.

In my current role as an Admissions Editor at Jack Westin, I deliver detailed editorial feedback on multiple application drafts in 48 hours or less. I help students brainstorm and workshop their written content, organization, and grammar so their materials meet demanding medical school requirements, while I stay on top of deadlines through effective multitasking and scheduling.

As a Graduate Teaching Fellow at Radford University, I provided written and verbal editorial feedback for roughly 60 students to strengthen both content and delivery. I also frequently created the full set of course materials—syllabi, course schedules, weekly lesson plans, weekly presentations, assignment sheets, worksheets, and quizzes for ENGL 111 and 112—while balancing a high-pressure teaching workload as a full-time graduate student.

Earlier, as a Graduate Teaching Assistant, I continued this same standard of reliability, completing teaching assistant tasks on time while supporting students with detailed editorial feedback. With certifications including Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) and CTECS Workplace Readiness Test certification, I’m ready to bring consistent quality, responsiveness, and structure to any editorial or writing-centered role.
