I’m a Software Developer with over 4 years of experience building and optimizing software solutions in fully remote, distributed teams. I focus on turning complex workflows into reliable systems—especially where automation can measurably improve operational outcomes.

At Thoughtful AI, I designed and developed a Payment Posting AI Agent that automated a billing team’s manual workload, reducing a 60-day payment backlog to near real-time and accelerating revenue collection by up to 2 months.
